About Allison Martin
Allison Martin (she/her) is the founder and principal consultant of Blueblossom Consulting. She is an accomplished interpretive naturalist, environmental educator, program manager, and curriculum specialist. She is creative, organized, and professional - and most importantly - she is passionate.
Prior to creating Blueblossom, Allison worked for numerous reputable organizations providing interpretive and educational experiences, including:
Solano Resource Conservation District (Program Manager, Curriculum Specialist, Grant Writer, Marketing and Outreach Specialist)
Monterey Bay Aquarium (Guest Experience Leadership)
Micke Grove Zoological Society (Programs Director, Marketing Specialist, Interpretive Exhibit Planner, Grant Writer and Development Specialist)
Contra Costa Water District (Program Educator, Interpretive Exhibit Planner)
East Bay Regional Park District (Interpretive Naturalist, Exhibit Planner, Tour Guide)
Allison has a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Science and Geology and became a Certified Interpretive Manager through the National Association (NAI) for Interpretation in 2014. She is an active member of NAI and the North American Association for Environmental Education (NAAEE), and has presented to and trained hundreds of educators nationwide.
